Well, he got the the front gate and got told to piss off.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-10723764

Doubtless the UAF will come along in a minute and pee themselves

But presumably Nick felt making a very public song and dance about getting an invite, and putting up a page encouraging members to suggest what he should say to He r Majesty "in case by some awful courtier's gaffe he got to speak to her" was more important than getting in.

Well, I bet HE won't be on her new her honours list any time soon.

So, was pissing Liz and Phil and the rest of "The Firm" off worth the publicity Nick ?

Several £millions worth of free publicity for the BNP and a long interview on SKY News. (Just what is David Cameron doing sponsoring a load of thugs like the UAF? )

Well, he got the the front gate and got told to piss off.

Doubtless the UAF will come along in a minute and pee themselves

But presumably Nick felt making a very public song and dance about getting an invite, and encouraging a lot of members to put their favourite political point "in case by some awful courtier's gaffe he got to speak to her" and thus pissing Liz and Phil and the rest of "The Firm" off and ensuring he wasn't getting in, was more important than getting in.

Ah well. Another will be along in a minute I suppose.
A million? BNP spin surely?  Wink

He doesn't believe they are what they are made out to be.

A million?

Hardly spin. Take the number of votes cast for us in the 334 seats we stood in and multiply by 650/334.

Nearly a million is not a million.

OK I'll take that from you, but I won't take it from ctoo whose beloved leader was so optimistic about what could be done in 45 minutes he went to war over it.

Is it not ironic to say the Queen does not respect the democratic process.

That part of the explanation by Buckingham palace amused me anyway.
