 Well, he got the the front gate and got told to piss off. Doubtless the UAF will come along in a minute and pee themselves But presumably Nick felt making a very public song and dance about getting an invite, and encouraging a lot of members to put their favourite political point "in case by some awful courtier's gaffe he got to speak to her" and thus pissing Liz and Phil and the rest of "The Firm" off and ensuring he wasn't getting in, was more important than getting in. Ah well. Another will be along in a minute I suppose.  |

So made up projections of votes.

Is it not ironic to say the Queen does not respect the democratic process.
That part of the explanation by Buckingham palace amused me anyway.
