About the UK Debate Forum
The UK Debate is a public forum website where members who have a passionate interest in debating can come together and discuss an unlimited range of subjects including United Kingdom and World politics, science and technology, religion and world cultural interests and current news and events. You can also discuss your hobbies and interests, from sports to photography or from home computing to music - whatever your passion you can share it with us here!

Free Speech Forums
The UK Debate is described as a free speech forum. This does not, however, give members carte blance to abuse, attack, threaten or stifle other members. To facilitate open, diverse debate I have defined what free speech means in context to the UK Debate. And because conflicting opinions are frequent on the UK Debate, a set of rules and guidelines have been written to ensure that everyone who wants to be heard can be heard.
Of course, the most important factors for promoting honest, frank and open debate are tolerance of opinions and a respect for the rights of people to disagree. The UK Debate is therefore only suitable for mature people who believe that everyone has a right to be heard without suffering personal abuse, harassment or intimidation.
If you want to have your say, and you have the maturity to argue your case without resorting to excessive profanity or childish tantrums, register for a FREE account here and join in the UK Debate!
Politically Neutral
The UK Debate forum is privately owned and politically neutral. We do not support or endorse any political party or ideology and we do not accept sponsorship from third parties who may have political agenda. This ensures that we can provide a debating forum where all sides of the political spectrum can come together without fear of biased administration.Spam Vermin
The UK Debate hates spammers. If you join our community simply to spam your account will be deleted, but not before your username, IP address, email address and other information is added to global known spam databases. These databases are used by legitimate websites to make it harder for spammers to ply their trade.New members to the forum must make 5 posts before they can post links or images but this minor inconvenience is well worth it as it helps toward us all enjoying spam free debating - Our community is determined to do whatever it can to block, report and remove spammers from the face of the earth and accepts this initial bar.
